Weigh In - Week 4



Here's the official weigh-in Weight Loss for Week 4....

1 measly pound

Official weight loss total is 14 lbs for the month.

Only 46 more to go.

Still working out. Still eating the right foods. Still looking at that bathing suit and hoping to fit into it soon. Why does it feel so hard some days? Like today...SuperBowl Sunday - when everyone else in my house is eating wings and fried mozzarella and chips!

You're doing it though! And some weeks suck more than others. I remember when I was first going to the gym I would weigh myself once a week. I really seemed to lose a lot on the weeks I went every other day than on the weeks that I went every day. It's really odd how it works out.

Yeah, Super Bowl Sunday is a bad day for diets. And the day after sucks too, for some people. Ouch.

But you are doing an AWESOME job! Any time it doesnt feel like it, carry three 5 lb bags of sugar around for an hour and see what you have already lost. Go Sharpie!

I suppose Super Bowl is only bad if you LIKE football.

14 lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's like losing half of Hannah Montana!!!!!!
