Weigh In - Week 3

Here's the official weigh-in Weight Loss for Week 3....

2.5 lbs.

Official weight loss total is 13 lbs so far.

Only 47 more to go.

I also worked out 6 days this week which I think is also helping. If I can hit 15 lbs for the month, I can be at my goal weight in 4 months. Holy Crap!
